Stage 3 of Easing Queensland Restrictions
The Queensland Government has decided to bring forward Stage 3 of Easing Queensland Restrictions to 3rd of July, 12 noon. Please be aware that Mackay Basketball must wait for an industry plan to be approved by the Queensland Government.

NBL1 2020 Season Cancelled
The NBL in conjunction with Basketball Queensland, Basketball Victoria and Basketball South Australia have come to an agreement that all three conferences for the forthcoming 2020 NBL1 season have been cancelled.
Dual MVP Freeburn Returns to Meteorettes
Mackay Basketball are pleased to announce that team captain and two-time club Most Valuable Player Heidi Freeburn has re-signed with the Global Product Search Mackay Meteorettes for the 2020 NBL1 North Season.
Martin to Mentor Meteorettes
Mackay Basketball are pleased to announce the appointment of Rhys Martin as new head coach of the Global Product Search Mackay Meteorettes, for the clubs’ inaugural 2020 NBL1 North campaign.
