Mackay Basketball are excited to announce that Australian Opals player Cayla George will suit up with the McDonald’s Mackay Meteorettes for the 2021 NBL1 North season.
Mackay will host the Under 20 Australian Junior and Ivor Burge Basketball Championships for the first time in both 2021 and 2022, as part of a two-year agreement between Basketball Australia (BA), Tourism and Events Queensland and Mackay Regional Council.
