Mackay Basketball Inc. – 2026 Annual General Meeting Update
Mackay Basketball Inc. advises that nominations for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) have now officially closed.
We would like to thank all members who have nominated for positions across the Association. The level of interest and willingness to contribute to the future of Mackay Basketball is encouraging.
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 31.03.2026, where members will have the opportunity to vote on the nominated positions and play a role in shaping the leadership and direction of the Association moving forward.
For members who are unable to attend the AGM in person, proxy voting forms are now available. We strongly encourage members to ensure their voice is represented by completing and submitting a proxy form if they cannot attend. Please note that each attending member can only hold 2 proxy forms in total.
Proxy forms can be downloaded at the link below or collected from the Mackay Basketball office and must be completed in accordance with the instructions provided. All proxy forms will be validated.
